Eden Valley Poultry Incorporated is seeking a Facility Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director Sustainability. As a Facility Project Manager, you are responsible to oversee project planning, execution, and scheduling while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external throughout each project phase. You will work closely with a variety of internal teams to complete safe, on time, and on budget project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a range of maintenance, capital, equipment, and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and communicate expected outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments to support successful project delivery. Source, engage, and oversee contractors, ensuring work quality and adherence to project timelines and requirements. Monitor and track project progress, including costs, schedules, risks, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. Participate in annual capital planning and contribute to budget development. Monitor financial performance of projects and identify and address variances from approved budgets. Ensure all projects comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety regulations and standards. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of departmental policies, processes, and procedures. Ensure team adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements Promote a safe work environment by following and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Participate in internal and external audits as required. Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Attend and contribute to meetings related to operations, continuous improvement, and food safety (including HACCP). Requirements: Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments. Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) or an Engineering degree is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing is an asset, along with a background in maintenance, construction, or equipment-related projects. Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams. Ability to develop business cases and track project milestones, timelines, and performance metrics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel as required and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or shutdown periods. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment requiring PPE, with exposure to noise and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
